The lavera organic cosmetics company (from the Latin word "la vera" meaning "the truth") was founded by Thomas Haase, a man with a vision that has transformed his personal story into a mission of his life. Since childhood she suffered from neurodermatitis, she started from a very early age to look for alternative skin care treatments and thus developed her first skin care products for her own highly sensitive skin. Over 300 organic ingredients can be found in our wide range of products.
Our philosophy
• We certify that from the very beginning our cosmetics are made from organic ingredients and sustainable raw materials, and we are guided by the strict standards of Natrue's natural organic and organic cosmetics certification body.
• The proof of the effectiveness of our cosmetics is provided by a specialized department of our company as well as by independent testing institutes. But compatibility is an important part of lavera and that's why our whole range is primarily hypoallergenic, and offers 100% dermatologically tested products for extremely sensitive skin.
• Finally, the lavera lavera is against animal testing while almost all its formulas are based only on natural, plant-derived ingredients, and carry the internationally recognized Vegan certification.
In 2013, lavera was awarded Green Brand by the Green Brand Organization for its environmental responsibility and sense of responsibility for the conservation of natural resources, a title that continues proudly to keep up to date.
The lavera has been awarded the highest rankings by the tough German organization OEKO-TEST and has gained the highest position among other organic cosmetics companies in Europe with 630 awards in 251 products tested since 2004.
